Recently Brad and Dave were VIP Guests of our friends over at Kona Brewing, during the The Huntington Beach AVP. The weather, the beer and the action on the sand was spectacular! Take a peek at the action.
Pancakes and Booze Art Show
Recently Brad and Dave took an excursion to the Pancakes and Booze art show. This event is described as an art show, but not your typical art gallery. Since 2009 they have been filling the best venues in over 30 cities around the world with favorite local artists, photographers, bands, and DJ's. They focus on keeping the work on display local and original to help artists of all types sell their work while they're still alive (why does it take dying to gain recognition?). Each show usually features between 50-150 local artisans, a unique lineup of live musicians and/or DJs, live painting, body painting, along with other forms of entertainment. Oh, and of course PANCAKES!
Jaguar F-Type 400 Sport
On episode 61 Brad, Heather and Dave took a little field trip to experience the new Kona Brewing Co bar that will open at all future sporting events in the Los Angeles Stubhub Center. During this private VIP event the crew got to sample all of Kona's amazing beers that will be available and they sat down and recorded the episode live during the party. Enjoy!
Downtown Los Angeles
In episode 59 Brad Fanshaw, Dave Marek and Heather Storm explore food and drink in downtown Los Angeles (DTLA). They begin with spicy bloody Mary's in the newly renovated Hotel Figueroa bar. Next, it is a side trip for a ride on the historic Angel's Flight railway to Bunker Hill and their last stop is an afternoon of food tastings in L.A.'s famous Grand Central Market.
